The firm EZ-ELEKTROSYSTÉMY Košice s.r.o., was established by a registration in the Companies Register on 1st November 2003 as a direct successor of DM3 Košice of company EZ-ELEKTROSYSTÉMY Bratislava a.s., a long term leader on the market in the field of the realization of investment units, constructions of civil facilities, in the field of electric engineering.

Company´s history

1949 – The establishment of national enterprise Elektromontážne závody Bratislava from an enterprise ČKD Kriváň /former Siemens and AEG/ and joint stock company Elektra

1950 – Foundation of the premises Margecany in the East Slovak region

1962 – Displacement of the premises to the Košice

1985 – Foundation of the electro assembly plant in Košice

1987 – The merging of concern enterprise EZ with supplying plant ZPA and origination of supplying engineering enterprise Elektromont Košice – assembly plan

1991 – Foundation of the division DM3 intro-plant š.p. EZ – ELEKTROSYSTÉMY Bratislava

2003 – Purchase of DM3 Košice of company EZ - ELEKTROSYSTÉMY Bratislava a.s. by a company EZ – ELEKTROSYSTÉMY Košice s.r.o. (Ltd.)

2019 – Entering a new business partner - EP Industries a.s. through their ELTRA, s.r.o. and ED Holding a.s.
